Goals and Objectives

• M.A.L.E.S Mentors will increase the average collective GPA of male student participants enrolled by 3% annually.
• M.A.L.E.S Mentors will increase the retention of male student participants by 2% annually.
• M.A.L.E.S Mentors will increase male student participation in leadership development programs by 10% annually.
• M.A.L.E.S Mentors will expand community outreach to increase interest in higher education by K-12 students in the university service area by 5% annually.
